What we collect
When you send an estimate request, a booking or a message, we collect what you enter yourself: name, phone number, email (optional), car details, a description of the problem, and the damage photos you upload.
How we use it
We use your details and photos only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and arrange your appointment. We don't sell your data or share it with marketers.
Photos
Damage photos are used for the estimate only. We won't publish photos of your car in our gallery or on social media without your consent.
Cookies
We use basic cookies to remember your cookie-banner choice. Measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) only load if you click "Accept".
Retention
We keep requests and photos as long as needed to serve you and follow up on the repair, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights and contact
To access, correct or delete your data, email garage.polishingandpdr@gmail.com or call 01100556343.
